Designing the future of digital banking at Chase
I joined JPMorgan Chase in 2020 and currently serve as a VP, User Experience Design Lead on the Digital Customer Experience Strategy team. In this role, I collaborate closely with stakeholders across design, technology, and legal to drive key initiatives within JPMorgan Chase's digital Consumer and Business Banking channels. My work has included leading design efforts for core features such as authentication, dynamic personalization, wire transfers, P2P payments, and exploring future-state banking experiences on emerging platforms like VR/AR and smart home devices.
