Designing the future of digital banking at Chase

I’ve been a User Experience Designer on the Digital Customer Experience Strategy team at Chase since since March 2020. In my day to day, I work on developing experience strategies for product and tech teams to best serve the needs of business banking and consumer banking customers across Chase’s digital channels. I’ve developed UX protocols for authentication, identity verification, 3rd party integration, dynamic personalization, and lead the redesign of money transfer experiences on web and mobile.
