Product & UX Design Lead · San Francisco Bay Area
I turn complicated systems into products people can actually use.
Most recently VP, User Experience Design Lead at JPMorgan Chase, leading design for AI-powered platforms, consumer mobile experiences, and multi-team journey programs used by millions of people. Before that: a co-founded marketplace, a software startup, and agency work.
About
Messy, high-stakes problems are where I do my best work.
I'm a product designer drawn to the kind of problem where the design has to earn trust from customers, stakeholders, and engineers all at once, and where nobody agrees on the real problem yet. I spent five years at JPMorgan Chase, growing from Senior UX Designer to VP, User Experience Design Lead, working across consumer mobile apps, internal platforms, AI tooling, and emerging technology.
My work tends to start with a journey map and end with a number: onboarding time down 70%, replacement time down 45%, engagement up 15%. Along the way I prototype early and often. Some of my most effective artifacts have been working demos that turned abstract strategy debates into product decisions.
Before Chase, I co-founded Surplus, a food-waste marketplace, and designed for startups and agencies around the Bay Area. I hold a BA in Design Studies from San Jose State University. I'm happiest on a team where research, prototyping, and shipping sit close together.
